A book to enlighten consciences

While 8 out of 10 Americans consider dietary supplements a daily habit, in France these helping hands are slowly but surely making their way into our homes (3 out of 10 French people consume them). Once frowned upon in France, they have proven their worth and solved real deficiency problems.

Many manufacturers, laboratories, and other companies have emerged in recent years, offering dietary supplements for all types of situations. However, not all qualities are equal, and it's not necessarily a good idea to consume them at will. In this book, entitled "Dietary Supplements: Myths and Realities," you'll find answers to the following questions: What is a dietary supplement? When is it necessary to take one? What are the selection criteria? We are often at a loss when it comes to the current offerings and lack the knowledge to judge the quality of a dietary supplement.

This book provides a comprehensive overview of these topics to help us determine which supplement is most useful for our situation and to check its composition to make an informed choice. It answers the many questions we ask ourselves about frequency, dosage, good combinations or interferences, how to decipher packaging, differentiate between two seemingly similar products, etc.

Why offer a book on the Laboratoires Le Stum website?

Today, the dietary supplement market is vast and has more and more players every year. When we launched in 1984, few companies were present in this sector. It's clear that over the years, the proliferation of brands and offerings has created a gap between our vision of our profession (quality, effectiveness, ethics, naturalness) and the profitability desired by certain new players.

"4 wheels, an engine and a bodywork do not necessarily make a Ferrari" likes to repeat the author of Food Supplements Myths & Realities! This is why we believe it is relevant to offer you this book for sale as the vision and values proposed by Dr. Frédéric DENIS in this book are close to those of our laboratory.

We want to be able to offer our customers more than just dietary supplements. We'd like to share our vision of quality with them, share our experience through our wellness advice, and, above all, make our brand a meeting point for natural health. What better way to connect with you than to gather your opinions, expectations, and needs?

Opening Dr. Denis's book means perfecting your knowledge of food supplements and making it possible to understand this vast universe of natural health, which will continue to develop in the years to come.
